Ci\u00f2 contribuisce ad un <strong>maggiore senso di benessere generale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La ricerca mostra che <strong>trascorrere del tempo negli spazi verdi<\/strong> (un ambiente naturale all&#8217;aperto) \u00e8 associato a livelli pi\u00f9 bassi di <strong>stress, depressione, ansia, pressione alta, diabete, asma, ictus<\/strong> e <strong>malattie cardiache<\/strong>. Pu\u00f2 anche aiutare ad abbassare la <strong>pressione sanguigna, la frequenza cardiaca, il colesterolo HDL<\/strong> e i <strong>livelli di cortisolo<\/strong>. In uno studio, l&#8217;esercizio in ambienti naturali \u00e8 stato trovato essere associato a maggiori sensazioni di rinvigorimento e impegno positivo, <strong>livelli pi\u00f9 bassi di tensione, confusione, rabbia e depressione, e pi\u00f9 energia rispetto all&#8217;esercizio indoor<\/strong>. I partecipanti hanno riferito un maggiore divertimento e soddisfazione generale per le attivit\u00e0 all&#8217;aperto.
