Purtroppo, vi sono giustificati timori che il numero di infezioni possa aumentare di nuovo in modo significativo con l&#8217;autunno e l&#8217;inverno. Molti esperti ritengono che la crisi da Coronavirus possa essere definitivamente superata solo con l&#8217;uso diffuso di un vaccino. Dal punto di vista odierno, non \u00e8 purtroppo prevedibile che un tale <strong>vaccino contro il Coronavirus sar\u00e0 disponibile<\/strong> per un&#8217;ampia applicazione <strong>prima della primavera del 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cos\u00ec tutti noi abbiamo ancora almeno un autunno e un inverno da passare sotto le regole eccezionali dettate dal Coronavirus. Inoltre, l&#8217;ondata annuale di influenza \u00e8 anche pre-programmata durante questo periodo. Come possiamo proteggerci al meglio?<\/p>\n<p>Da qualche tempo i cardiologi consigliano ad ogni <strong>paziente con problemi cardiaci di sottoporsi ad una vaccinazione annuale<\/strong> contro l&#8217;influenza per il seguente motivo:<\/p>\n<p>In caso di influenza, i pazienti cardiopatici, soprattutto quelli con insufficienza cardiaca, sono ad <strong>alto rischio di complicazioni<\/strong>. Per esempio, pu\u00f2 svilupparsi la <strong>polmonite<\/strong>. E nel caso di polmonite, c&#8217;\u00e8 il rischio che le<strong> condizioni del cuore peggiorino drasticamente<\/strong>. Se si \u00e8 vaccinati contro l&#8217;influenza, ci si pu\u00f2 proteggere meglio.<\/p>\n<p>La vaccinazione antinfluenzale <strong>non ha effetti collaterali significativi<\/strong>. Soprattutto, <strong>non ha un&#8217;influenza negativa sul cuore<\/strong>. D&#8217;altra parte, ogni vaccinazione antinfluenzale e ogni influenza che viene evitata contribuisce ad alleggerire il sistema sanitario, poich\u00e9 durante questo periodo ogni febbre deve essere presa sul serio e comporta test intensivi per il Coronavirus. In altre parole: meno malati di influenza, meno persone con febbre, meno esami, meno ospedali sovraffollati.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusione: come devono comportarsi i cardiopatici per superare al meglio l&#8217;imminente stagione fredda? Dovrebbero cercare di rimanere il pi\u00f9 possibile <strong>attivi fisicamente in autunno e in inverno<\/strong>, assicurarsi di seguire una <strong>dieta sana<\/strong>, <strong>assumere i farmaci prescritti<\/strong> esattamente come stabilito dal medico e <strong><em>assicurarsi di essere vaccinati contro l&#8217;influenza!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":6559,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[26],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6555","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-fondazione-cuore"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
