Il 13 giugno, circondati dallo splendido paesaggio montano di Tesimo, si \u00e8 svolto presso il Berggasthaus Natz<\/b> il nostro consueto ritiro annuale del Consiglio Direttivo<\/b><\/h3>\n

una giornata intensa di confronto, idee e proposte concrete per il futuro della salute cardiaca in Alto Adige.<\/p>\n

I temi trattati durante l\u2019incontro:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n

    “Movimento su prescrizione” \u2013 corsi BEREZ:<\/strong>
    \nSi \u00e8 discusso della possibilit\u00e0 di offrire questi corsi direttamente negli ospedali<\/strong>, ispirandosi al modello della Lega Reumatica. Un passo importante per rendere l\u2019attivit\u00e0 fisica ancora pi\u00f9 accessibile.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Attivit\u00e0 aggiuntive oltre ai gruppi di ginnastica cardiologica:<\/strong>
    \nAbbiamo valutato l’opportunit\u00e0 di proporre un\u2019attivit\u00e0 settimanale complementare<\/strong>, come gruppi di cammino, rilassamento o incontri sull\u2019alimentazione.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Assistenza ai pazienti cardiopatici tramite Comunit\u00e0 Comprensoriali e Azienda Sanitaria:<\/strong>
    \n\u00c8 stato analizzato il ruolo delle istituzioni coinvolte e la possibilit\u00e0 di un miglior coordinamento.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Supervisione medica nei gruppi di ginnastica cardiologica:<\/strong>
    \nAmpio confronto sulla possibilit\u00e0 che alcuni gruppi possano allenarsi anche senza la presenza costante di un medico<\/strong>, mantenendo sempre alti standard di sicurezza.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Varie ed eventuali & nuove idee progettuali:<\/strong>
    \nLa discussione si \u00e8 conclusa con uno scambio vivace di idee<\/strong> e la definizione di nuovi spunti progettuali per il prossimo futuro.<\/p>\n

    \n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Dopo la riunione, abbiamo condiviso un pranzo conviviale<\/strong> in un\u2019atmosfera rilassata e serena, che \u2013 tra natura e collaborazione \u2013 ha fatto bene anche ai nostri cuori.<\/p>\n

    Grazie a tutti i partecipanti per l\u2019impegno e la dedizione. Non vediamo l\u2019ora di trasformare questi spunti in azioni concrete per i nostri pazienti cardiopatici<\/strong>!<\/p>\n
